Admissions Policy
Treetops Early Childhood Center welcomes children of all abilities, nationalities, and
religions and provides care starting from 45 days to 5 years of age. At Treetops Early
Childhood Center, each child is valued and respected for who they are and as educators, we are committed to igniting every child’s imagination, sense of wonder and curiosity to explore.
Parents are requested to read through the fees terms and conditions/fee policy to have a clear understanding of our terms and conditions.
- 🌿 Fees once paid are non-refundable nor transferrable.
🌿 Our Academic Terms at Treetops are September to December, January to March,
April to June.
🌿 The fee payment at Treetops is accepted as per the Academic Terms and does not
include camps, including the monthly payments. Any camp (Summer, Spring, Winter)
if availed by the child will be of additional charge, unless Full Year or Full Day
admission is taken.
🌿 Once admission to the nursery is offered, it shall be deemed secured and accepted
only upon payment of the Registration fees. Please note that this fee, once paid, is
non-refundable under any circumstances.
🌿 Before the child starts attending the ECC, full payment of the Term Fee is required.
🌿 Fees shall be paid by Cash / Card / Bank Transfer.
🌿 All Registration documents shall be provided in full to the ECC prior to the child
attending.
🌿 Absences/Leaves/Holiday of less than two weeks will not be transferred or carried
forward, The Tuition fees can pause if the child is on a holiday/leave for 2 weeks (15
days) or more If the ECC choses to refund fees under exceptional circumstances, a
minimum one month written notice must be given for approval.
🌿 FS1 and FS2 children are required to enrol for a 5-day week regular attendance
schedule at the ECC.
🌿 Other age groups have the option of choosing the flexible day attendance schedule
(2 days a week, 3 days a week), in addition to the option of the regular 5 day
schedule, subject to availability.
🌿 Withdrawal of the child from the ECC is subject to an advance notice of at least one
month via email or letter.
🌿 Where requests for admission are received for children of determination, a decision
will be made after discussion with KHDA on a case-to-case basis . All reports must
be submitted and additional reports from health professionals may be requested. In
the case where a child’s specific need has not been previously identified, we reserve
the right to review the situation in order to assess the capacity to address his/her
needs within their existing level of provision.
🌿 Children/parents must not bring any valuable items to the ECC. We do not accept
responsibility for any accidental loss or damage to property.
🌿 Regular attendance is beneficial to the child and hence encouraged and monitored.
Parents are requested to appreciate the importance of regular attendance.
🌿 The Center reserves the right to add, modify, and/ or amend the above terms and
conditions from time to time at its absolute discretion
- Parents undertake to provide the Center with the following documents
- 🌿Child’s Emirates Id, Passport Copy and Residency Visa
🌿 Mother’s Emirates Id, Passport Copy and Residency Visa
🌿 Fathers Emirates Id, Passport Copy and Residency Visa
🌿 Birth Certificate
🌿 Immunization Record
🌿 4 Passport Size Photos of Child, 1 Photo of Mother and Father
Full Year Payments
- 🌿The Full Year Payment is a one-shot payment. At management’s discretion, it can be accepted in 2 installments, provided the second installment is after 2 months.
🌿 Any absences/leaves/holidays taken during the Full Year will not be transferred or
carried forward. If the parent choses to take leave during camps, that will not be transferred under any circumstances.
Full Year Payments
- The registration fee, medical fee, and infant care fee, is a one-time payment made upon the ECC securing a seat for the child. This fee is non-refundable. Resources fee is also non- refundable however it has to be re-paid every new academic year.
- Tuition Fees refunds will be processed as follows:
Tuition fees paid in advance are refundable if a written withdrawal notice is provided prior to the start of the academic year. For enrolment of two weeks or less, one month's fee will be deducted. For enrolment
between two weeks and one month, two months' fees will be deducted. For enrolment exceeding one month, three months fee will be deducted.
o Refunds will not be issued for absences or Holidays at any time during the term. If a discount was applied and your child is withdrawn, the refund will be based on the full,
non-discounted monthly tuition fee. Failure to pay fees on time may lead to your child losing their seat. This will take place
after three written notices have been sent to the parent and after obtaining KHDA approval. If the nursery choses to refund fees, a minimum one month written notice must be given for approval.
